Jalapeño Popper Dip | Toast Point

Snap Back IPA
Whether you’re pounding the pavement pub crawl style or holding court on the front porch, here’s an IPA that fits as well as your favorite cap. Dry and drinkable, Snapback IPA bursts from the bottle with a riot of resinous and citrusy hop aromas, with just enough malt character to deliver an assertively hop-forward tongue lashing. Wipe the tears of joy from your eyes and take another drink.

Roasted Vegetable Salad | Honey Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Blush | Pomegrante Hibiscus Wit Ale
A subtly fruity and quenching Belgian wit brewed to stand up to summer’s swelter. Bright, mildly floral and tart; guaranteed to inspire deeds that will make you blush.

Horrmann Meat Company Brat-a-Changa Brat

Tow Head American Blonde Ale
Mother’s little blonde baby could have only been conceived in Springfield. A crisp and easy-drinking riff on the classic Kolsch ale that respects its German bloodline while holding its chin high as an American original.

Steak & Eggs
Grilled KC Strip served over a bed of house-made bacon & potato hash browns, topped with a fried egg.

Imperial Grind Coffee Stout
Perhaps you thought we had hit the limit of coffee aroma and flavor in a stout? Think again. Never content to rest on our laurels, your Mother’s is upping the ante. It starts with a robust and subtly sweet imperial stout. In the fermentation tanks, we add freshly roasted and ground espresso blend beans. But we’re not done yet. Cold-brewed coffee, blended just prior to bottling, means a beer that delivers a slap to the senses.

Lemon Shortbread Cookie

Cucumber Saison
This traditional Belgian-style saison gets juiced with clean, bright cucumber just as summer starts to flex its muscle. A dry, medium body and creamy mouthfeel is invigorated by the spicy character associated with Belgian yeast fermentation. Fresh cucumbers from our neighbors at Urban Roots Farm are the piece de resistance which make this summer cooler unlike any beer you’ve had before.
