Wine Camp: The Vessel Matters

March 24, 2020 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

It’s a new year which means a whole new set of “camp destinations” for our 2020 Wine Camp! Each month we’ll feature a different topic/theme…which may be a specific region…or it may be a super cool topic like “what effect does oak have on wine”…either way, it’s always sure to be a great time! Each camp session we’ll welcome in a guest educator (aka camp counselor) to guide us through 5-6 wines as they share their wine knowledge. Cost each month is just $25 per person and includes wine tasting, education, and light snacks. Get your tickets today, ☎️ 883-8466 or visit us online to reserve today!

This month….The Vessel Matters, a unique educational tasting experience that focuses on the different types of vessels used in today’s modern wine production. We all know oak barrels and stainless tanks…but what about concrete vessels or an amphorae? Each of these different vessels impart different flavors and stylistic attributes to the wines….this is your opportunity to explore “why the vessel matters”.  Our “camp counselor” this month is Aaron Rozenboom from Vintegrity.
